Ethics Channel

ANERPRO ENERGÍA Y PROCESO, S.L. (hereinafter, ANERPRO) is firmly committed to regulatory compliance and maintains a strong culture of ethics and good corporate governance, aimed at preventing and condemning irregular conduct that does not align with applicable regulations.

To this end, the ETHICS CHANNEL has been established. This tool enables the confidential reporting of complaints or irregularities regarding actions or omissions that may constitute violations, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the protection of whistleblowers and Law 2/2023 of February 20, which regulates the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and combat corruption.

The ETHICS CHANNEL is intended for reporting regulatory non-compliance and facilitating its correction. It is not a channel for general requests, complaints, or suggestions unrelated to regulatory compliance.

The handling of all reports submitted through this channel is governed by the following principles:

  • Confidentiality
  • Personal data protection
  • Information security
  • Prohibition of retaliation against reports made in good faith
  • Presumption of innocence for the reported individual

All of the above is in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy and the ETHICS CHANNEL Management Protocol.
